Aon Appoints Mike Pasterick North America Health Leader

Aon plc appointed Mike Pasterick as North America Health Leader, effective immediately.
“As organizations face rising health care costs and increasing complexity, Mike has a proven track record of aligning clients’ healthcare strategies with broader business priorities,” said Anne Corona, CEO of North America. “His ability to bring together consulting, brokerage and delivery capabilities to create measurable impact for clients will be instrumental as we continue helping organizations make better decisions about health.”
Pasterick brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, including over 13 years at Aon. He most recently served as Aon’s Northeast Region Health Leader, where he led strategy and growth across a diverse client portfolio, helping organizations align health care programs with business priorities through periods of change, including mergers and acquisitions.
In his new role, Pasterick will lead Aon’s Health Solutions across North America, working alongside Human Capital and regional leadership teams to deliver coordinated, end-to-end capabilities for clients. He will be based in the Washington, D.C., area and report to Corona and Byron Beebe, CEO of Human Capital. Pasterick succeeds Farheen Dam, who now serves as CEO of Enterprise Clients and Chief Client Officer. &
