Hyatt Opens New Luxury Hotel in Paros, Greece — Award Nights Start at 20K Points
Hyatt has officially expanded its presence in Greece with the opening of Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros, the first Destination by Hyatt property on a Greek island.
Reservations are open now, and standard World of Hyatt award nights are already available. Here’s a look at the new property and what it costs to stay there.
A New Hyatt Option on One of Greece’s Most Popular Islands
Located in the village of Kampos on Paros, the Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros marks the Destination by Hyatt brand‘s second hotel in Greece.
The luxury retreat is inspired by the Parian Chronicle — an ancient marble inscription discovered on the island that records key events in Greek history and mythology. The hotel aims to immerse guests in the culture and traditions of Paros rather than simply providing a luxury beach escape.
The property boasts 50 newly built guest rooms and suites, with an emphasis on private outdoor living. The adults-oriented property (welcoming guests ages 13 and older) blends contemporary Cycladic architecture with locally inspired interiors featuring stone, wood, linen, and the island’s iconic marble.
Of the 50 total rooms at the property, 39 include private plunge pools, while the remaining rooms offer outdoor jacuzzis. Rooms range from about 323 to 452 square feet (30 to 42 square meters) and feature spacious patios or terraces with sea views.
The hotel’s main dining outlet is NAAO, its signature restaurant, where menus highlight seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. Breakfast begins with a traditional “Peskesi” basket featuring regional breads, cheeses, honey, herbs, and olive oil, while lunch and dinner focus on shareable dishes inspired by Parian culinary traditions.
Beyond the hotel itself, Hyatt is positioning Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros as a gateway to authentic local experiences. Guests can book curated activities, including exploring traditional villages, hidden beaches, wineries, artisan workshops, and local producers.
How To Book the Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros
The Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros participates in World of Hyatt, allowing guests to redeem points for stays at the property. As a Category 6 property, standard rooms cost between 20,000 and 40,000 World of Hyatt points per night, depending on the date of your stay.

Cash rates start at $475 per night. We value World of Hyatt points at 1.4 cents per point — meaning you will get a decent return when redeeming points, especially at the lowest point nights.
