Save 10% on 2+ night Homes & Villas by Marriott stays, no minimum spend required

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy is out with another new promotion, this time giving a 10% discount on stays of two or more nights.

The Deal

Key Terms

• A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
• The 10% discount is available on bookings made by cash/credit card, Marriott Bonvoy points redemption, and a combination of cash & Marriott Bonvoy points redemption. Free Night Awards are excluded from this promotion.
• Registration is not required for this promotion.
• Save 10% per eligible stay at a participating home rental booked between July 13, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) – August 30, 2026 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”) for stays completed between July 17, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
• Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning July 17, 2026, up to and including nights stayed on or before November 30, 2026.
  • Blackout dates: This 10% discount promotion is not valid for satys that include any of the following dates:
    • September 4-7, 2026
    • November 25-29, 2026
• The 10% discount is subject to all applicable local legal requirements, and if the application of the discount is prohibited by law, the promotion will not be offered in that jurisdiction, and affected properties will be excluded from participation. 
• A select number of homes are excluded from this 10% off promotion.
• For participating homes, the 10% discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during checkout. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses will not be discounted.
• Changes to the method of payment and any date modifications cannot be processed after the booking is completed. A full cancellation and rebooking is required in order to make modifications to an original booking. Please carefully review the cancellation policy of your selected home before finalizing booking.

Quick Thoughts

Many Homes & Villas promotions have some kind of minimum spend requirement. This latest offer doesn’t require that, nor do you have to register for it. The main requirement is that you have to stay at least two consecutive nights and you have to book by August 20, although it’s valid on stays through the end of November 2026.

Click through from a shopping portal before making your reservation in order to earn rewards on the booking too. Capital One Shopping also often sends elevated cashback rates within a few days—or even hours—when perusing the Homes & Villas website with the portal’s browser extension installed.
